The service

MehKanez connects a client with qualified counterparties. It delivers a set number of introductions within a delivery window agreed in writing before payment. MehKanez handles sourcing, screening, outreach and confirming each counterparty's willingness to speak, and chooses which counterparties to approach. The service ends once the agreed number of valid introductions has been delivered.

Fees and payment

The fee is set per engagement in US dollars and is the amount stated in that engagement's written agreement. The full fee is paid in advance, not in milestones and not on success. The delivery window starts on the business day MehKanez confirms cleared funds, and no introduction is sent before payment clears. The fee is never a percentage of any deal that follows.

What counts as delivered

An introduction is valid when the counterparty is real, reachable, matches the agreed criteria, and has confirmed it is willing to speak with the client before the introduction is sent.

Replacement

The client must flag an invalid introduction in writing within seven business days of delivery. MehKanez then replaces it at no extra cost within a reasonable time. Replacement is the only remedy for an invalid introduction.

Confidentiality

Neither party's name or details are shared with the other side until both have agreed to the introduction.

Liability

MehKanez performs with reasonable care and skill and warrants that each delivered introduction is valid. Its total liability under an engagement is capped at the fee paid for that engagement. Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

Each engagement names its governing law and arbitration seat in the written agreement. Disputes not resolved through good-faith discussion within thirty days go to arbitration under the rules named in that agreement, conducted in English.
