You pay once. Here is what it buys.

The fee is set before any work starts and paid in full upfront. It never grows with your deal. In return, these are guaranteed in writing.

  • Someone who already said yesEvery introduction is to a real business that matches what we agreed and has confirmed it wants to speak with you.
  • A price that never movesNo percentage of your deal, no retainer that keeps running, no invoice after you close.
  • A replacement if it is wrongFlag an introduction that misses the agreed brief within seven business days and we replace it at no cost.
  • Your money back if we cannot deliverIf no qualifying match can be found, the unearned part of your fee is refunded in full.

Why one introduction is worth it.

The fee is small next to what the right introduction is worth. Two examples of the math, from markets we work in.

$95,000A year, from one nursing home

To a nurse staffing agency, one nursing home is a year of revenue.

A nursing home rents around 100 hours of nursing a week from agencies. That is over 5,000 hours a year, and even at the lowest hourly pay it comes to about $95,000 going to the agency, from a single home. The right introduction pays for itself many times over.

MillionsRiding on one ingredient

To a food company, a reliable supplier is certainty.

Run out of honey and you don't just lose the honey. You lose the granola orders, the monthly customers and the shelf space. The ingredient costs thousands. The business that depends on it is worth millions. That is what one right supplier protects.

Questions owners ask.

When do I pay?
Upfront, in full, once we have agreed the fee in writing. No introduction is sent before payment clears.
Do you take a percentage of my deal?
No. The fee is fixed before any work starts and never grows with the size of your deal. There is no retainer and no invoice after you close.
Who pays, the buyer or the seller?
One side, or both sides share it. Who pays is agreed in writing before the introduction is made.
Is my name shared before I agree?
No. Neither side is named to the other until both have said yes to the introduction.
What if the introduction is wrong?
Flag it in writing within seven business days. If it misses the brief we agreed, we replace it at no extra cost.
What if you cannot find anyone?
If no qualifying match can be found after a reasonable effort, the unearned part of your fee is refunded in full.
How fast is it?
The delivery window is agreed in writing before you pay and starts the business day your payment clears.
