Refund policy

Before you pay

If we can't see a way to make a fitting introduction, we tell you so in writing and no invoice is sent.

After payment, before delivery

If the agreed introductions can't be delivered, for example because no qualifying counterparty can be found after a reasonable effort, the unearned part of your fee is refunded in full.

Once introductions are delivered

Fees for introductions already delivered are non-refundable. If an introduction is materially wrong (the wrong side of the market, the wrong stage or the wrong industry), write to us within seven days. If the error was ours, that introduction is credited or refunded in full.

If an introduction feels irrelevant

Tell us, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Engagement-specific terms

Where your written engagement agreement differs from this policy, the agreement takes precedence.

Chargebacks

Please raise any concern with us first, before contacting your bank. Most issues are resolved the same day.
